our story
This has been a forever dream.
To love and feed people through crafting something deliciously amazing. It’s a gift I have, passed on through 3 generations of how to love and care for your body and those you love. In this case, it’s ginger beer.
Never did I think on my search for a tasty, gluten-free, low-sugar beverage would lead me here. It was 2017 when I started my first ginger bug. 3 years later, my recipe was getting better and better.
So, I carry on my Grandmother's tradition of brewing as she did on her farm. And never did I imagine that anyone who tasted it would simply love it and want more. So, elixir was born.

All of our brews are organic and probiotic. In order to make this truly a brew that's good for you, we ensure that only our ingredients are in our brews. As we are fermenting our products, getting a consistent and tasty brew is of great importance to ensure our products are absolutely pure and free of all contaminants.
Through the fermentation of our organic beverages, a magically and incredibly important component of natural health is released, probiotics! Probiotics have so many amazing health benefits, with improving gut health as number 1 on the list. Additionally, probiotics are known to help fight infections and calm allergic reactions, specifically food sensitivities. There are many more specific benefits to probiotics and all of these combine to provide a stronger, and more robust natural immune system.

the cranberry and cherry have a perfect sweet/sour balance with the cardamom leaving you with a nice smooth tone
